Disc cultivator FRONT TERRA

Kongskilde Front Terra is a front mounted compact disc cultivator. It is suitable for stubble cultivation and seedbed preparation. Front Terra consists of two rows of discs divided into sections. The working angle of discs is hydraulically adjustable. Front Terra mounted to the front linkage of the tractor makes it possible to use the rear linkage for other implements.

Disc cultivator TERRA-D

Kongskilde Terra-D is a compact fully mounted disc cultivator suitable for shallow stubble cultivation and seedbed preparation. Terra-D consists of two rows of discs, divided into sections. The working angle of discs is hydraulically adjustable, making it easy to adjust the implement for different soil types and working speeds. Terra-D increases work efficiency by reducing the number of passes.

Disc cultivator TERRA-X (300/400/450)

The Terra X disc cultivator is equipped with Ø 660 mm cogged discs made of high-quality steel. The discs are fitted on a 40 mm square profile tube.
The X-pattern of the disc shafts provides even levelling in all types of soil and varying soil conditions.

Disc cultivator TERRA-X (4000/5000/6000/7000)

The Terra X disc cultivator is equipped with Ø 660 mm cogged discs made of high-quality steel. The discs are fitted on a 40 mm square profile tube.
The X-pattern of the disc shafts provides even levelling in all types of soil and varying soil conditions.

Tine cultivator DELTA FLEX

Main advantages:

·Rigid tines ensure even working depth.

·Working depth from 6 to 25 cm in one pass.

·Fitted with wing shares, a full cut across the entire working width is achieved.

·Without wing shares fitted, deeper loosening down to 25 cm is possible in one pass.

·Optimum mixing of straws and residues is the result of specifically curved stems, which encourage a rolling soil action.

·Spring is released at 400 kg of force on the tip of the share.

·High release clearance of 25 cm.

· Easy conversion from shearbolt to spring protection.

It can be combined with a FS Seeder.

Tine cultivator DELTA (non-stop release version)

The Delta cultivator is designed to cultivate in a wide variety of soils including shallow cultivation over the stones and soils with a large amount of stones. A heavy-duty spring breaks back the mechanism to protect the cultivator when rocks are encountered, and the tine connection design enables the tine to move up sufficiently thereby passing over the obstacle before immediately penetrating back to its previous cultivating depth. In addition to the spring mechanism the tine is protected by a shear bolt. The shear bolt may be fitted in either of the two holes making it possible to have various penetration pressure and tine operating angle which is especially important in hard soils.

Tine cultivator DELTA (shear bolt version)

Delta is designed to cultivate in a wide variety of soils. When cultivating fields without stones, a shear bolt version can be the right choice. When the tine is overloaded, the shear bolt snaps, and the tine releases backwards away from the obstacle. The shear bolt may be fitted in either of the two holes providing different penetration and tine operation angle, which is very important in hard soils.

Stubble cultivator VIBRO FLEX (2000/4000/4200/4300)

Kongskilde Vibro Flex 4000/4200/4300 is a heavy-duty stubble cultivator to be used for different applications from primary to secondary tillage. The Vibro Flex stubble cultivators are available in working widths from 1.9 to 5.65 m.

Stubble cultivator VIBRO FLEX 7400

Main advantages: 

• The constantly-vibrating Vibro Flex tines leave an open soil structure.
• An extra crumbling effect is achieved, as the soil breaks up in the natural fracture lines.
• 4 rows of tines ensure better mixing of field residues with soil in one pass.

Stubble cultivator VIBRO FLEX front mounted

Vibro Flex is also available as a front mounted cultivator, thus allowing more than one operation to be carried out in a single pass. The single framed VFF 2011 has a working and transport width of 3 m and is equipped with 11 VF tines. Standard features on the front mounted version include large castor-type wheels to ease the tractor steering, and a special bracket incorporated in the top link to protect both tractor front linkage and cultivator against overloading.

Stubble cultivator VIBRO TILL 100

Kongskilde Vibro Till 100 is a linkage-mounted stubble cultivator for soil cultivation and seedbed preparation.
Main advantages:

• VTH tines always vibrate for a better crumbling effect.
• It leaves an open structure and breaks soil.
• 4 rows of tines ensure better spacing between the tines.
• Working depths from 4 to 15 cm.

• A wide range of equipment: rollers, discs, etc.
